202 IPANEMA BEACH lies the beautiful and popular coastal town of Umhlanga Rocks. The endless beaches and year-round good weather makes it one of the best holiday destinations in Southern Africa. Our apartment lies just metres from the sandy beaches, shops and restaurants.

The unit can sleep a maximum of six people, and no pets are allowed. A minimum of a seven-day booking in High Season is required.

202 Ipanema is a self-catering apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is on the 2nd floor but has a lift that takes you to the unit and there are NO STAIRS IN THIS UNIT AT ALL. It consists of a lounge, dining room and kitchen (fully equipped with washing machine,) all on the same level. It is serviced daily (except Sundays and Public Holidays), has full DSTV, FREE Wi-Fi connection and bath towels are provided.

There is a patio area on your unit, with braai facilities.  There is a communal swimming pool and there is a gate to the side leading to the beach which is about 50 metres from this unit.

This conveniently situated complex is within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, Woolworths and other shops in the Village. Once you have parked your car in the secure, guarded parking lot, you hardly have to use your vehicle again to get where you want to be.

The unit is behind the famous Oyster Box Hotel in Umhlanga.
